BOM PETISCO CURRY WITH SPICED RICE AND SPINACH
INGREDIENTS
4 x 120 g Bom Petisco Curry
Arroz
250 g basmati rice
50 g chopped onion
3 chopped garlic cloves
1 tsp. turmeric
6 cardamom berries
0,5 dl extra virgin olive oil
1 dl white wine
0,5 l water
Traditional sea salt
Spinach
500 g spinach
50 g sesame seeds
1 dl extra virgin olive oil
2 crushed garlic cloves
30 g chopped ginger
0,5 dl say sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
Coat the bottom of the pan with olive oil, onion, garlic, turmeric and cardamom. Add the rice, stir, pour in white wine and let simmer. Pour in the water, season with salt, cover and cook on low heat.
Sauté the spinach in olive oil with garlic and ginger. Add the sesame seeds and season with soy sauce.
