APPLE SALAD WITH BOM PETISCO CURRY, PEANUTS AND CORIANDER
INGREDIENTS
2 x 120 g Bom Petisco Curry
4 un Granny Smith apple
3 tbsp. roasted peanut
50 g laminated coconut
100 g watercress
Coriander leaves
Extra virgin olive oil
White wine vinegar
Fleur de sel
INSTRUCTIONS
Place the laminated apple in a soup plate. Overlap with the remaining ingredients.
Season with olive oil, vinegar and fleur de sel. Finish with Bom Petisco Curry.
