BOM PETISCO BRUSCHETTA
INGREDIENTS
2 x 120 g Bom Petisco tuna
4 slices of wheat bread
2 un peeled diced tomatoes
1 rosemary stem
Parsley
50 g grated “Ilha” cheese
Extra virgin olive oil
Fleur de sel
Ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the Bom Petisco tuna with the tomato, parsley, rosemary, olive oil and fleur de sel.
Arrange the mixture over the bread. Toast in oven heated to 200ºC for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and perfume with black pepper.
