BOM PETISCO BOWL
INGREDIENTS
1 x 385 g Bom Petisco tuna
400 g thai/jasmine rice
300 g laminated avocado
125 g laminated cucumber
75 g peeled blanched broad beans
100 g grated carrot
300 g laminated red cabbage
3 tbsp. sesame seeds
Sauce
20 ml soy sauce
30 ml fish sauce
50 ml sesame oil
50 ml rice vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook the rice in water (1 rice cup for 2 water cups) without salt.
Meanwhile, pour all the ingredients to the sauce in a bowl.
When the rice is cooked, enjoy the making of your bowl, always finishing with a sprinkle of sauce.
