BOM PETISCO AZORES PEPPER, TOMATO CARPACCIO AND BASIL
INGREDIENTS
4 x 120 g Bom Petisco Azores Pepper and Fine Herbs
600 g sliced tomato
150 g sliced red onion
160 g fresh cheese
1 dl extra virgin olive oil
0,3 dl balsamic vinegar
Ground black pepper
Fleur de sal
Basil
INSTRUCTIONS
Arrange the tomatoes and the onions on a platter.
Overlap with Bom Petisco Azores Pepper and Fine Herbs.
Season with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and fleur de sel.
Finish with fresh cheese and basil.
