BOM PETISCO AZORES PEPPER WITH SPANISH TORTILLA
INGREDIENTS
2 x 120 g Bom Petisco Azores Pepper and Fine Herbs
4 eggs
120 g grated S. Jorge cheese
1 chopped onion
4 tbsp. chopped parsley
100 g straw potatoes
Mint
120 g chopped mushrooms
4 tbsp. butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Wrap all the ingredients and cook in a non-stick frying pan.
When well-cooked and caramelized on one side, turn over with a plate and let it caramelize on the other side.
Serve with Bom Petisco Azores Pepper and Fine Herbs.
