BOM PETISCO IN “BOLO DO CACO”
INGREDIENTS
2 x 120 g Bom Petisco tuna
1 un Bolo do Caco
3 chopped cloves garlic
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. chopped chives
Butter
Ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Open the traditional Bolo do Caco in half and spread the two halves with butter. Then sprinkle with the chopped garlic and toast in the oven, in grill mode.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the herbs while it’s still warm. Garnish with Bom Petisco.
