WONTON WRAPPERS WITH BOM PETISCO
2 x 120 g Bom Petisco tuna
20 Wonton wrappers
100 g samphire
Extra virgin olive oil
Ground black pepper
Traditional sea salt
Cook the Wonton pastry in boiling water seasoned with salt for about half a minute.
Drain them and add coriander leaves and Bom Petisco tuna. Serve with samphire and season with olive oil, salt and pepper.
You can replace samphire with asparagus They also match perfectly.
