BEEF CARPACCIO BOM PETISCO TUNA IN BIOLOGIC OLIVE OIL
1 x 120 g Bom Petisco Tuna in Biologic Olive Oil
1 x 150 g beefsteak
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. capers
1 lemon (juice)
40 g parmesan cheese flakes
Ground black pepper
Place the meat between two sheets of cling film and beat it with a steak hammer, until you get the finest steak possible (about 2 mm thick).
Mix the mayonnaise with chopped capers and lemon juice.
Arrange the meat on a platter, spread the mayo with capers and lemon and garnish with Bom Petisco Tuna in Biologic Olive Oil, the olive oil in the can and the flakes of parmesan.
Finish with chopped chives and ground black pepper.
